Abstract: This article delves into the emerging category of human mobility caused by environmental conflicts, focusing on forced displacement due to climate crises and other environmental factors worldwide. It explores the differentiated impact of the triple crisis on vulnerable groups, with a particular emphasis on Latin America. The situation in Argentina is highlighted, examining both the occurrence of forced displacement and the regulatory and governance frameworks addressing these environmental conflicts. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study aims to shed light on the multifaceted challenges and responses associated with environmental-induced displacement. The final reflections offer insights and recommendations for policy and practice to better manage and mitigate the impacts of these environmental conflicts.
